NCH Healthcare launched a campaign to recruit clinical and non-clinical employees to the North Country to fill a growing employment need. We partnered together to reach their market and beyond to find the right people. With a campaign directed at prospects in the North Country, and a separate campaign focused on some of the larger population areas, we grew traffic to their recruitment site. We employed TV, Radio, Print, and Digital to improve the odds of finding the right employees.
